Clean rooms with contemporary design and cozy beds. Bathroom showers were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a great selection, including warm cinnamon rolls. one of the best Holiday Inns Express I've stayed with.

When we visit Spencer, like staying here. Hotel provides excellent meals. The location is particularly good and marvellous, adjacent to restaurants and stores, Spencer, and stores. As we remember, there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Burger King that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this hip new hotel. The staff was supper friendly, gave advice about the city. Also, location was comfortable and marvellous, not too far away from Southpark Mall. This venue was in a nice enough area near restaurants, Spencer, Iowa, and stores.

Attended a wedding in Spencer and stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and awesome showers. The design of the hotel was contemporary and spacious, with blackout shades and a quiet A/C. The warm cinnamon rolls were a delightful touch. one of the best Holiday Inns Express I have stayed with.

Wonderful and clean hotel with superfriendly and accommodating staff. All in all marvellous setting close to Spencer for a Saturday afternoon event, restaurants and stores, and stores. Also, close to everything.

Comfy rooms, exceptionally comfortable hotel. Climate control, cable TV, and a mini-refrigerator in the room and the soft bed. Breakfast with meat, hot cinnamon rolls and fruit. Good, comfy location close enough to Spencer, Iowa, restaurants and stores and stores.

The breakfast bar was excellent with a great selection and delicious biscuits. The staff was quick to respond when we needed a bedding change in the middle of the night. The room was nice and the showers were amazing.
